In een onlangs verschenen rapport (7 mei 2020) over ‘Beschikbaarheid en toepassingsmogelijkheden van duurzame biomassa’ trekt het Planbureau voor de Leefomgeving (PBL) zeer zinnige conclusies om te betrekken bij een goede strategie voor duurzame biomassamobilisatie.
